Encrypted ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. By using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect the following categories of information:
Account information: Your email address when you create an account or join our waitlist. We do not collect your name unless you voluntarily provide it.
Usage data: Token addresses and wallet addresses you submit for scanning (these are public blockchain data). Basic analytics on how features are used, including pages visited and actions taken within the platform.
Payment information: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card details or full payment information.
What we do NOT collect: We do not collect private wallet keys, seed phrases, or any information that would allow us to access or control your crypto assets. Encrypted is a read-only analytics platform.
We use the information we collect to:
• Provide and maintain the Encrypted platform and its features
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Send product updates, security notices, and important account notifications
• Analyse usage patterns to improve our product and user experience
• Cache on-chain query results temporarily (24-hour expiry) to improve performance
• Respond to your support requests and enquiries
• Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers: We work with trusted third-party services that process data on our behalf, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting and infrastructure), and Helius (Solana blockchain data access). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purpose of providing their services to us.
AI processing: Token and wallet data submitted for analysis may be processed by AI models to generate risk insights. Data passed to AI services is anonymised where possible and is not used to train third-party models.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you with our services. Scan query results are cached for up to 24 hours and then automatically purged. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.
Your data is stored on infrastructure hosted by Supabase and Vercel, with servers located primarily in the United States and Australia (Sydney region). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Encrypted uses minimal cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that track you across other websites. We may use basic, privacy-preserving analytics (such as aggregate page view counts) to understand how the platform is used.
All token addresses, wallet addresses, and on-chain transaction data that you submit or that we display are sourced from public blockchains. This data is inherently public and not considered private personal information under most privacy frameworks. However, we treat wallet addresses submitted by users with care and do not associate them with personal identities unless you explicitly provide that connection.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:
• Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data

Encrypted is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, DEX interfaces, or blockchain explorers. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.
