Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise Encrypted to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected plan rate. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems; (e) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data beyond what is permitted by your subscription; (f) resell or redistribute the Service or its data without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Encrypted and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. On-chain data sourced from public blockchains remains in the public domain; our analysis, scoring, and presentation of such data is proprietary.
The Service integrates with third-party data providers, payment processors, and blockchain networks. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or actions of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Nothing on the Encrypted platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. On-chain data and risk scores are provided for informational purposes only. You should conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance indicated by wallet or token data is not indicative of future results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENCRYPTED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Encrypted and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
